Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing dshule.com or using the Dshule platform, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
2. The service
Dshule provides school management software (admissions, academic, finance, portals and related modules) on a subscription basis. Features available depend on your plan. We may update the product over time.
3. Accounts & access
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your school’s accounts. Assign roles carefully. Notify us promptly of unauthorised access. Product login is at the school command application (app.dshule.com or your organisation’s deployed URL), not the marketing site.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of school and student data you put into Dshule. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service. You may export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service (including unauthorised access, reverse engineering, or uploading unlawful content). You are responsible for complying with education and data-protection rules that apply to your school.
6. Trials & billing
Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid plan only if you choose to continue. Marketing trial forms collect onboarding preferences; your live school workspace is provisioned in the product app. Fees are stated at purchase or in your order form. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may result in suspension.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated when practical. Check system status for current information.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dshule is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
